"Neon Highlights made a Christmas gift, for my Dad, that had to be shipped to Pennsylvania. They duplicated a picture of my Dad's dog that recently passed away. The dog is outlined in purple neon with aquamarine and red features. Roger captured the dog's character through the picture; it is uncanny. Lisa sent me a picture off the final product. It was absolutely beautiful. They did an incredible job. My Dad was really thrilled. It arrived in perfect shape and just in time for Christmas. There were no surprises.
