You’re hired.
If you live at the gym, know everyone, and love connecting players, parents, and videographers, the job is yours. As a promoter you recruit videographers and earn a share of every highlight they sell — on top of your own filming and bonuses.
Why become a promoter
Earn on everyone you bring in
When a videographer you recruited sells a highlight, you earn 25% — for as long as they sell, and it never touches their pay.
You already have the network
You’re the one who knows every coach, parent, and gym. Turn those connections into a marketplace that pays you.
An easy pitch
Parents do a lot of watching and waiting at tournaments. Help them turn idle time into something that pays them (and you).
Film and earn too
A promoter is a videographer first. Shoot your own highlights, win game bonuses, and get paid out the same way.

How the pay works
When a videographer you recruited sells a highlight, the money splits three ways: 50% to them, 25% to you, 25% to Neon. Your share comes entirely out of Neon’s cut — recruiting never costs the videographer a cent, so it’s an easy ask.
Commissions land in the same Earnings screen as your sales and bonuses, and cash out to your bank the same way after the usual short hold.
Questions before you start?
Ask us anything about our platform, how payments work, or anything else. Promoters make money filming highlights too — Film for Neon covers how capture, tagging, and payouts for videographers work.
